Who can attend?

Anyone aged 15 or 18 years old on or before the 29th March 2016 who has signed and returned a Parental Consent Form.  Anyone who has invited someone older and not submitted a Parental Consent Form in advance may be requested to be in upstairs seated area. This is to ensure the welfare of young people. Anyone who haven't notified NCS in advance for attendees above 18 years old may be refused entry.

How do I get tickets?

Sorry, all ticket promotions have now closed.  Fear not, 4Music will be showing the best of the show on Saturday 2nd April at midday if you missed out and showing lots of repeats!

When will I get my ticket?

All ticket holders have been notified via email that their tickets are confirmed.  Tickets have been issued directly by The Roundhouse. For other promotional ticket routes, there will be a guest list at the venue. Photo ID and a Parental Consent Form will be required to be submitted on the day or send in advance to: rsvpyeslive@ncs.co.uk.

I haven't received my ticket yet, what do I do?

If you have received confirmation of a ticket(s) and don't receive them by midday Saturday 26th March please email: rsvpyeslive@ncsyes.co.uk and you will be advised on how to collect a ticket on the day.

Do I have to pay anything for the ticket?

Tickets are free for invited guests and ticket holders. Each ticket holder will be required to show photo ID on the day.

I sent my form back but haven't got confirmation or received a ticket?

By now all young people should have been notified that they have a ticket.  Please direct your query to rsvpyeslive@ncstrust.co.uk as soon as possible.  NCS reserves the right to close the ticket list at any time.

Tickets / Lanyards:

Due to various promotions, some tickets will be issued in advance and others will be notified to collect tickets at box office or will receive via their chaperone on provided buses.  If you do receive a lanyard (pass) with your ticket please wear it on the day to gain entry. You will still be required to bring ID even with the pass and ticket.

What type of ID do I need to bring?

You’ll need to bring proof of ID on the day. This can be a copy of your passport, birth certificate or Student ISIC card.

What if I have a ticket, but can no longer attend?

If you are unable to go to YES Live, please get in touch to let us know: rsvpyeslive@ncsyes.co.uk

Can I give my ticket to someone else?

No, all tickets will be checked against the name it was given to. For safety and security, all tickets will be checked with photo ID against the list of ticket holders’ name on the door at Camden Roundhouse.

What if I forget my photo ID at home on March 29th?

Anyone unable to provide photo ID at the Roundhouse on March 29th will need to show alternative ID and it is at the discretion of NCS to permit entry.

Why must I provide photo ID at the door on the day of the event?

For safety and security, Roundhouse will have a list of all confirmed guests at the door. In order to gain entry, all names will be cross-referenced with photo ID by Roundhouse security. If photo ID is not presented, entry will not be permitted.

What happens if I arrive to the event late?

Late entry will be permitted. Consent form must have been signed and sent in advance, and photo ID must be presented at the door.

What if I need to leave the event early?

You will miss some great acts, but of course you’re free to leave whenever you need to go. If you are arriving by NCS Provider Network coaches or with your school, we request you stay in the venue so you don't miss your ride home! All buses will leave straight after the show and your call to get on the bus will be made from inside the venue.

What if I have a ticket, but cannot find my consent form?

Please email rewards@ncsyes.co.uk to receive a new one. Tickets will not be issued until a signed consent form is received.

Where do I send my signed consent form?

Scan your signed form and email back to:  rsvpyeslive@ncsyes.co.uk

Public Libraries have printing and scanning facilities if you don't have access to one at home. If you are under 16 years old it's usually free to use.

All other postal and email addresses are now closed.

What is the latest date I can send in my consent form?

Monday 21st March, 2016 unless you are part of an NCS promotion that has pre-approved deadlines.

What happens if I don’t send my consent form back?

The consent form is each guest’s RSVP to confirm attendance to YES Live. If we do not receive your consent form by March 21st you will not be eligible to attend the event, and no ticket will be issued to you.

If you are part of an NCS promotion that has you arriving via bus, you are eligible to bring your signed Parental Consent Form to get on the bus.  However, your regional contact will need you to confirm your attendance in advance to be added onto the NCS YES Live ticket master list.

I want to attend YES Live, but I didn’t send my consent form back in time?

Unfortunately, you will be not be able to attend YES Live. The Roundhouse is only issuing tickets to the names on the confirmed guest list.

Why have some people got pairs of tickets and I've only got one?

Various promotions were ran across NCS Network: Graduates, Leaders, New sign ups, school assemblies and directly with Providers. These were run across social media, websites and at events.  Depending on the promotion, some people were only allocated 1 ticket.

I'm coming by bus what do I need to do?

If you are coming with a pre-arranged NCS provider or coach group, you will be notified of a location and time of pick up and drop off. Please make sure you are on time and bring ID.  If you haven't been able to send a signed Parental Consent Form but had confirmed in advance you will be attending the show, please make sure you bring this on the day.  You will not be allowed on the bus if you don't have parental/guardian consent.  If you are 18 years old you are able to sign the form yourself.

Buses will be given a reference. Make sure you know your Chaperone and also the bus reference as you will be asked to assembly at the end of the show by this reference. Buses will be provided in order of  longest travel time  from venue. We are requesting that anyone coming via bus stay in the Roundhouse for the duration of the show.  We hope this isn't the case but if you do miss your bus you must notify a member of NCS or Roundhouse security so we can make sure you are accounted for and help you get home safely.

Can I bring food or drinks into the venue?

No food or drink can be brought into the venue. There will be no alcohol sold at the venue.  There will be lunch provided which includes a sandwich and a drink.  Drinks are available to be purchased on the day.

Can I bring my camera?

Yes

Is there wheelchair access into the venue?

How do I get to Camden Roundhouse?

The nearest underground is Chalk Farm – just 150 metres from the Roundhouse, but Camden Town Underground and Kentish Town West Overground are both within walking distance. Check TFL to plan your journey. Here's a Google Maps link to the venue.

Is there parking at the Roundhouse?

There are no general parking facilities at the Roundhouse. Sorry!

There is limited parking for Blue Badge holders (for customers with a disability). Spaces are offered on a first come first served basis and can be reserved by emailing access@roundhouse.org.uk.

We strongly advise against driving to the Roundhouse, as parking in the local area is restricted. If you would like more information on local parking we recommend taking a look at Camden Council’s Parking Search.

Will there be any cameras/filming at the event?

Yes, the entire event will be filmed, and there will be photographs taken. By attending the event, you consent to be photographed or filmed as a member of the audience, and you consent to resulting materials being used for publication and NCS communications, without payment or copyright. All attendees will need to be comfortable being filmed and/or photographed and confirm consent by sending in the signed consent form.  4Music will broadcasting a 1 hour NCS YES Live special on Saturday 2nd April, 2016 at midday.

Where do I keep my valuables during the gig?

There is a cloak room at the Roundhouse.  We suggest you bring a small bag on the day. NCS and the Roundhouse will not be liable for any loss or damage to personal property brought to the venue.

What security will be in place at the event?

NCS will have dedicated Chaperones, look out for the "Can I help?" pink t-shirts and friendly faces!  They'll be at various tube stations around Camden before and after the event to help direct you and answer any questions. Once you get to the Roundhouse Door staff will be conducting security checks upon entry.  Your bag will be searched before you enter the event and you may be asked to have a security scan (via wand).

Should we have reason to refuse entry to any person, or ask anyone to leave the event, we will take all reasonable steps to ensure that any such person will be supervised by the staff at the venue until their parents/guardians are telephoned and arrive for collection.

NCS representatives will have a visible presence outside the venue, and around local transport links to advise and direct attendees to the show. NCS representatives will also be present post-event.
